The refunds are possible with prior notice at least 6 hours before the scheduled termin of the game.

The money will be solely returned to the user who made the payment through our web site www.thecube.mk within 7 days. Repayment if possible will be done on the same credit card used to make the booking.

There is also a possibility of rescheduling the term after a common agreement between the user and Klaustrofobija Doo.
